Life360 is a company dedicated to keeping people close to their loved ones through its mobile app and tracking devices. They are seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring campaign success and client retention through collaboration and strategic insights.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact, owning the client relationship from insertion order receipt to campaign completion with an end-goal of client growth and retention
- Educate clients on how native advertising and the Nativo platform can contribute to campaign success, business goals and overall digital strategy
- Partner with Sales to retain and grow accounts, strategizing on upsell and incremental tactics
- Manage the campaign-launch process (IO processing, asset collection, content creation and third-party tag implementation) and client relationships
- Work cross-functionally with Content, Campaign Operations, and Analytics to deliver custom solutions, optimizations, and rich analyses to clients
- Assemble and present post-campaign reports, articulating the data story into actionable insights and future recommendations
- Assist with the development of strategy of pre-sale plans for renewal account
- Accurately identify, replicate, and document product and process enhancements
- Develop a thorough understanding of internal process, team member responsibilities, and internal timelines so services can be accurately and effectively given to clients
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as an account or media person at an advertising/creative agency, publisher, adtech, or other media property
- Interest in strategizing with and presenting to clients/agencies and building Sales skills
- Experience with analyzing data sets to extract meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making
- Exposure/usage and understanding of the digital media ecosystem and advertising technologies
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate deep relationships with clients
- Resourceful, quick-witted, and able to effectively troubleshoot internally and externally
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environments
- Knowledge of and experience with creative design, messaging, and marketing to brand
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience analyzing data from platforms such as DoubleClick, Atlas, MediaMind, Radian6, Google Analytics
- Comfort with Google Drive, Excel, and PowerPoint a must
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- BA/BS required
