Staff Product Designer

Webflow is a remote-first company focused on building an AI-native Digital Experience Platform. They are seeking a Staff Product Designer to define a new product vision and craft unique solutions, collaborating with teams to enhance customer experiences and elevate design standards.

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and launch new products while seamlessly integrating with existing capabilities
• Proactively collaborate across teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
• Present your work to stakeholders and senior leadership, actioning feedback and driving alignment on design vision and strategy
• Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
• Continually elevate the craft of design at Webflow and be a thought leader for high impact design decisions, mentoring fellow designers

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience influencing and leading complex initiatives in a remote environment
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Previous experience with software that empowers professional or technical users in their respective industries
• Familiarity with the web design industry, content management platforms, web standards, and accessibility
• Bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company
• Attention to detail to ensure that the products shipped continuously exceed customer expectations
• Care about the impact of high quality software experiences, and are comfortable with influencing business strategy that drives tangible growth
