RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth through strategic partner relationships and joint go-to-market initiatives. This role will develop and execute partner marketing programs that generate demand, strengthen partner engagement, and support pipeline growth in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partner marketing programs that drive demand and pipeline through strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch joint go-to-market initiatives
- Create and manage partner marketing content including campaign assets, enablement materials, and co-branded collateral
- Support demand generation campaigns across partner channels including digital campaigns and events
- Align messaging and campaign strategy with sales, product marketing, and partner teams
- Track campaign performance and optimize programs to improve engagement and lead generation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and accelerate marketing execution
Requirements:
- Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing
- Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology environments
- Experience supporting partner-driven demand generation initiatives
- Ability to develop marketing campaigns and partner enablement content
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
