Capacity is an AI-powered support automation platform aiming to enhance team productivity. The Sales Engineer will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor during the pre-sales process, providing consultations, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Consultations: Provide expert advice and insights to potential and existing customers about the technical aspects and value proposition of the Capacity products
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of the product to prospective clients
- Solution Design: Work closely with prospective customers to understand their needs and design tailored solutions that meet their technical requirements and business goals
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical support during the sales process, including answering technical queries, preparing technical proposals, and developing technical content for sales presentations
- Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze customer business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure that the product or service meets their needs
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on product performance and functionality to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to the product development team
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to better position the company's products and provide valuable insights to the sales team
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Familiar with AI systems/bots/automation, CCaaS, UCaaS experience preferred
- Tech savvy & interested in diving in to understand the technical aspects of all product functionality
- A good story teller. You should be able to tell a story around the customer's use cases, while highlighting the technical solution that solves their problem
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
