Senior Blockchain Infra Engineer (DevOps/Go)

Hyphen Connect is a leading decentralized middleware protocol company, and they are seeking a Senior Blockchain Infra Engineer to manage distributed validator sets and automate infrastructure for Web3 developers. The role involves developing backend services, automating deployment, and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go programming language
• Manage distributed validator sets to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform, and AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable Web3 solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions to optimize technology stack and processes

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in the Go programming language
• Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and management
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure management
• Experience in managing distributed systems and validator sets
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
