JOOR is a Series D start-up providing a digital wholesale management platform for brands and retailers. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design efforts for a product area, collaborating with product and engineering teams to create intuitive solutions that enhance user experiences in the B2B fashion sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design for a product area- from discovery and concept to delivery and iteration
- Work in product trios (Product, Engineering, Design) to define problems, validate opportunities, and shape product strategy
- Modernize legacy platform experiences by simplifying complex workflows and designing scalable, modular solutions
- Use data, user research, and business insights to prioritize impact and ensure alignment with company strategy
- Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and advocate for design excellence in execution
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and usability across the platform
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team rituals and design culture
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or platform products
- A strong portfolio showcasing complex system design, workflow optimization, and user-centered decision-making
- Experience designing within legacy or enterprise systems — you know how to balance modernization with technical constraints
- Skilled in collaborative product discovery, translating research and data into actionable design insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can clearly articulate design decisions to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and familiarity with design systems at scale
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and iterating toward measurable impact
- Experience in fashion tech, retail tech, or supply chain platforms
- Understanding of information architecture and data-heavy UI design
- Exposure to front-end technologies or a strong collaboration history with engineering teams
