Agent Product Manager

Granted is a seed-stage company focused on simplifying the US healthcare system. As the PM for Automations, you will design and operate workflows to enhance healthcare advocacy, ensuring efficient and user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy, KPIs and roadmap for the Automations pod
• Translate messy, multi-step operational workflows into agentic, intuitive product experiences
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, SMEs and Ops to drive alignment on and deliver high-leverage automation opportunities
• Run your own processes to derive actionable user insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
• Define and run cross-functional processes to test, measure, learn and refine how agentic systems anticipate user needs
• Ship fast, reliable features that balance automation efficiency with user trust and transparency
• Establish success metrics that blend operational scale with human-centered experience
