Agent Product Manager

Granted is a seed-stage company focused on simplifying the US healthcare system through automation and AI. The Agent Product Manager will lead the product strategy and collaborate with various teams to transform complex healthcare workflows into efficient, intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy, KPIs and roadmap for the Automations pod
• Translate messy, multi-step operational workflows into agentic, intuitive product experiences
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, SMEs and Ops to drive alignment on and deliver high-leverage automation opportunities
• Run your own processes to derive actionable user insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
• Define and run cross-functional processes to test, measure, learn and refine how agentic systems anticipate user needs
• Ship fast, reliable features that balance automation efficiency with user trust and transparency
• Establish success metrics that blend operational scale with human-centered experience
