Provide support to Property Manager. Duties reporting and project based work. In charge of cleaning of common areas. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Up keeping amenities
Picking up trash around the property
Vacuuming
Mopping
Cleaning and dusting all inside areas of the clubhouse and bathrooms
Removing debris from all common areas, stairwells, and walkways
Cleaning pool area

Working conditions are both indoor and outdoor Full-Time Mon-Fri 7:30a-4:00p with half hour lunch Compensation up to $17 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 30 MINUTES FROM THE COCONUT CREEK AREA!
