Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, and has a broad range of maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine gutter cleaning using a 6-foot ladder.
• Conduct pressure washing of sidewalks, pool decks, and other exterior areas as needed.
• Complete small electrical repairs , including replacing ceiling fans at pool areas, changing light switches, and inspecting or maintaining property lamp posts.
• Diagnose and repair leaking spigots and other minor plumbing issues.
• Blow common areas such as clubhouse parking lots, walkways, and pool decks to maintain cleanliness.
• Apply basic plumbing knowledge to address unit backups caused by clogged lines or root damage; inspect sewer cleanouts and assist in identifying the source of issues.
• Perform light concrete repair , including patching small cracks, chips, or damaged areas.
• Conduct regular property inspections by riding through the community to identify maintenance needs proactively.
• Report major issues to management and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good, safe condition.
