
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide center-based ABA services to children and/or adolescents with autism and related developmental needs. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect accurate data, and support clients in building meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills in a structured clinic environment.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting in accordance with the client’s treatment plan and BCBA direction
Implement skill acquisition programs (communication, social, play, adaptive, and pre-academic skills)
Follow behavior reduction protocols as trained (reinforcement strategies, prompting, antecedent interventions, etc.)
Collect accurate session data (ABC data, frequency, duration, interval recording) and maintain clear documentation
Write timely and professional session notes and meet documentation requirements
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment and support clinic routines
Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members; attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings
Support transitions, group activities, and structured play as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, following BACB ethics and clinic policies
Active RBT certification in good standing
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field)
Experience working with children with autism/developmental disabilities preferred
Ability to pass background checks and meet payer/state requirements
Ability to physically engage in active sessions (sitting/standing, floor play, lifting up to [25–50] lbs as needed)
Comfortable with DTT and NET and working within a structured clinic schedule
Strong communication skills and ability to receive feedback during supervision
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
