The Maintenance Technician is a skilled intermediate-level role in healthcare, responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, and emergency repairs across hospital infrastructure. This position will ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of hospital systems, supporting a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The position requires an enthusiastic and diligent caregiver to fulfill the duties of this role. This intermediate-level position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop skills in a hands-on role supporting the facility’s maintenance needs.
The Maintenance Technician performs scheduled inspections and routine maintenance on equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure to prevent system failures.
Responsibilities include:
High School Diploma or GED.
1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Must be enrolled in an INTEGRIS Health-approved apprentice program within 6 months of hire.
Experience in healthcare or similar complex environments preferred.
