Job Description
Improve maintenance efficiency by anticipating and eliminating delays through SAP by allocating labor, parts, materials, services, and access to equipment for all maintenance work. This includes scheduling a sufficient number of maintenance task packages based on the priorities dictated by the business needs that will come from the Planning area.
- Be responsible for their own and the team's health and safety and commit to meeting HSE and Quality Policies.
- Support the creation of maintenance plans and system activities in order to reflect the needs of the field.
- Support the creation and sharing of the map of 52 weeks of the department's activities with stakeholders.
- Support the insertion of data and information regarding assets and activities in the computerized system always up to date.
- Support the organization of historical information regarding assets and activities in the computerized system.
- Support the creation and implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Maintenance Department.
- Receive and review Work Requests to ensure that the correct information is recorded and authorized.
- Support and analyze the backlog of maintenance work orders.
- Identify the task for entry into the Preventive Maintenance Management System.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years in an industrial environment or equivalent.
- Planning experience is desirable, with the ability to serve as the maintenance planner's backup.
- Expert user experience in SAP PM is preferred.
- Understanding Industrial Safety Standards (OSHA 1910)
