About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Business Systems that will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and operational health of our company’s core enterprise systems, including ERP, integrations, and operational technology platforms. Reporting into the tech department, this role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and our third-party technical development team to ensure systems enable scalable, accurate, and efficient business operations. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, disciplined project management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time.

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $160,000 to $165,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
