We are a busy Dermatology practice in Colchester, Vermont seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team in the Rutland area.
Job Description
- Greeting patients for check -in, check-out and answering phones.
- Posting payments.
- Demographic and insurance entry/edit.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Medical records, processing referrals and any other duties assigned.
- Maintaining a clean, neat and hygienic work area.
- Ensure accurate documentation in chart according to office protocols.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
- Must be friendly, professional and well organized with attention to detail.
- Customer service 1 year (preferred)
Job Type:
- Full-time: Monday- Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- Pay rate starting at $19/hr
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
