Clariant is seeking a proactive Maintenance Planner to support the efficient operation of the PPCAT Plant in Louisville, KY. This role focuses on planning and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency. You will develop and optimize maintenance schedules, ensure all activities are planned at least one week in advance, and collaborate closely with maintenance teams and operations personnel. Additionally, you will manage maintenance data to drive continuous improvement. This position is primarily office-based with some fieldwork to support planning efforts. Initiate equipment repair processes and provide feedback on parts inventory management
