THE JOB:
As a Food Server at TAP Sportsbar, you'll create memorable moments for our guests by serving tasty bites while sharing your extensive knowledge of our menu. You'll be delivering customer orders, maintaining tables, guest satisfaction and finalize checks. THE STARTING RATE:  $9.50 per hour plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations

• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Food and Beverage experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience is preferred

• Willing flexible to work weekdays nights, weekends and holidays. Hours of Operations for TAP Sports Bar are: Mon-Wed: 4p-11p, Thurs & Sun: 11a-11p and Fri & Sat: 11am-12am

• Must be 21 years of age

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$9.50

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

 

The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive is: $0 - $16,100.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
