FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES:

o Effectuer des analyses de panne d'équipement (y compris la maintenance préventive et non planifiée). Prépare des rapports techniques pour documenter les problèmes de maintenance préventive.
o Servir de point de contact pour toute installation de nouvel équipement.
o Négocier des contrats pour les services d'installation et gérer les améliorations des infrastructures ainsi que la préparation du site pour les projets à venir.
o Guider, diriger et coacher les autres concernant l'application et l'interprétation des questions techniques.
o Assurez-vous que les techniciens disposent de ressources suffisantes pour accomplir les tâches.
o Fixe des objectifs et effectue des évaluations de rendement des subordonnés directs.
o Coordonne avec la planification et les opérations pour planifier les PM nécessitant des temps d'arrêt.
o S'assurer que tout nouvel équipement est intégré au système afin que les données soient exactes pour compléter les rapports mensuels de KPI.
o Maintenir un registre précis des opérations de maintenance et préparer des rapports d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPl).

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager of Maintenance will lead and manage the activities of the Maintenance department with the goal to minimize downtime in production and throughout the facility. This position will be responsible for managing a team that performs diversified duties that include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
·Lead the maintenance programs and processes to ensure timely and effective production. Plan and schedule all maintenance activities for facilities.
·Monitor equipment and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
o Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve efficiency, capability, and yield.
o Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
o Perform equipment failure analysis (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Prepares technical reports to document preventative maintenance issues.
o Serve as a point of contact for all new equipment installs.
o Create and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools, equipment etc).
·Evaluate facility and campus at multiple locations to ensure proper working order of all items from bathrooms to parking lots.
o Negotiate contracts for facility services and manage infrastructure improvements and site readiness for upcoming projects.
·Manage staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
o Guide, direct, and coach others regarding application and interpretation of technical issues.
o Ensure technicians have sufficient resources to complete tasks.
o Sets goals and conduct performance reviews of direct reports.
·Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met and adhered to approved budgets. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
·Utilize the Maintenance System to review Preventative Maintenance (PMs) work orders and provide updates as needed to improve efficiency, quality, components, and tasks.
o Coordinates with planning and operations on scheduling PMs that require downtime.
o Ensure all new equipment is entered into the system so that data is accurate to complete monthly KPI reports.
o Maintain accurate record of maintenance operations and prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPl's) reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
·Bachelors or Technical Degree- (DEC) degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and production maintenance experience is required.
·10+ years of manufacturing experience required, including strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some PLC experience.
·3+ years of managerial experience required.
·Experience in planning maintenance operations required.
·Experience with Injection Molding machines is preferred.
Required Licenses
· Valid driver’s license and clear DMV record.
· Ability to successfully pass forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift licensing tests.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
·Skilled in general PC operation/navigation and application-specific experience including SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 applications (MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
·Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
·Ability to effectively present information to top management and peers. Write, speak and comprehend English.
