Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our NSW team, supporting the delivery of civil, water infrastructure and structures projects across regional and metropolitan NSW. In this role, you will supervise site crews and subcontractors, lead safety and quality outcomes, and ensure works are delivered efficiently in line with program and cost requirements. You will play a key role in on-site delivery and maintaining strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site crews and subcontractors to deliver planned works safely and efficiently
• Lead strong safety, quality and environmental performance across all site operations
• Coordinate daily plant, materials and resources
• Monitor daily activities to ensure alignment with program, cost and quality requirements
• Maintain professional site communication with clients and project stakeholders

About You:

• 5-7 years supervising civil, water infrastructure or structures projects
• Strong understanding of WHS, environmental and quality systems on construction sites
• Confident leading crews, managing subcontractors and driving productivity
• Clear communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in a relevant construction or engineering field (mandatory)
• Current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Current open Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)
