1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or related CRM platforms.
Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications or Power Platform components.
Experience supporting software implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
