RCT is hiring a Systems Analyst to manage data and administer/maintain a stand-alone network across the full system lifecycle. The role includes analyzing technologies, supporting system architecture requirements, and working with data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain systems and data across the lifecycle
Perform system administration on a stand-alone network
Collect, analyze, and publish data for reports, documents, and policies
Support architecture/engineering to define business and production requirements
Evaluate new hardware, software, and cloud technologies
Train users and demonstrate tools

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Education/experience:
- Bachelor’s + 9 years, or
- Master’s + 7 years, or
- PhD/JD + 4 years
At least 5 years experience in:
- Agile Scrum environments
- Requirements analysis
- Financial data analysis
- Data visualization
- Tools like Jira and Confluence
- User engagement, training, and demos

Desired Skills

DevOps tasks (certificate management, server patching)
Hardware/software analysis
AWS experience (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EBS, KMS, Data Pipeline)
DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Subversion)

Preferred Certifications

AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer
Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
CAMS, CFE, CFCS (financial crime/fraud related)
Six Sigma
