- Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks, including hardware break/fix, upgrades, and data migration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, Microsoft Office, VoIP phones, and conference room setups.
- Maintain incident management systems, ensuring SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolution.
- Assist in asset management, ensuring accurate tracking of IT equipment.
- Support off-hours and weekend projects when required.
Requirements
What You Need:- Education: BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent experience; Microsoft certifications (MCP) are a plus.
- Experience: Proven background in desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT service management.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, VoIP, AV support, hardware break/fix, and ticketing systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and ability to lift IT equipment (PCs, monitors, printers, etc.).
- Language: Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and native Thai proficiency.
