About this role
VySystems Singapore is seeking a Duck Creek Production Support Engineer to provide comprehensive support for Duck Creek applications for a major insurance client in Hartford. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of Duck Creek systems including Policy, Billing, and Claims.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day production support for Duck Creek applications including Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights, and integrations
- Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and performance issues using Duck Creek debugging tools (Trace Monitor, logs, debugging utilities)
- Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues
- Monitor system availability, application health, and stability across production and pre-production environments
- Support On-Prem and DCOD (OnDemand) environments for upgrades, deployments, and patches
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues between Duck Creek and third-party/internal systems
- Handle incident triage, service restoration, and communication with stakeholders during critical issues
- Raise and track Snow tickets for base product issues with Duck Creek
