WalterPicks is a fast-growing fantasy football and sports betting insights platform focused on delivering research tools and intuitive user experiences. They are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution of their core mobile products, working closely with various teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
- Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Translate product vision into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with engineering to prioritize backlog and deliver high-quality releases
- Leverage product analytics to evaluate product performance and user behavior
- Work with marketing and growth teams to optimize onboarding, retention, and monetization
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, market research, and competitive analysis
- Identify opportunities to differentiate WalterPicks in a competitive landscape
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with mobile apps, fintech, or gaming
- Experience building and shipping digital products in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
- Experienced with executing User Discovery (interviewing, usability testing, etc.)
- Familiarity with sports betting and fantasy football
- Experience scaling early-stage products from MVP to growth phase
- SQL, analytics, or experimentation background a plus
