Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Agentic)

Staffing Science is a rapidly growing startup focused on open-source AI and developer tooling. They are seeking a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer to build and deploy production AI agents and deep integrations across the AI ecosystem, working closely with partner engineering teams and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy production AI agents and agentic workflows
• Design multi-agent systems, orchestration, and memory patterns
• Develop integrations with agent frameworks and AI platforms
• Build SDKs and APIs used by developers and customers
• Work directly with partner engineering teams
• Support real-world AI deployments and POCs
• Take agentic applications from concept to production

Requirements:

• Agentic AI experience is required
• Experience building AI agents or agentic applications
• Experience deploying AI systems into production
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, Semantic Kernel, or similar)
• Strong backend or full-stack engineering skills
• Experience integrating APIs and external platforms
• Experience working with LLM APIs
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Built multi-agent production systems
• Experience with hyperscaler AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google)
• Experience building integrations or SDKs
• Open-source experience
• Startup experience
• Strong communication skills
