Senior Azure AI Engineer

Madison-Davis is currently in search of a Sr. Azure AI Engineer for an International Consulting Firm. This role will focus on developing intelligent systems that leverage large language models and modern AI frameworks to create real-time AI assistants for various operational workflows across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Build AI-powered applications using modern LLM technologies
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise knowledge platforms
• Design and implement AI assistants and chatbot-driven systems
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise data pipelines and APIs
• Work with Azure-based AI services and machine learning environments
• Deploy scalable AI workloads across containerized infrastructure
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions

Requirements:

• Experience building applications using Large Language Models
• Strong Python development skills
• Hands-on experience implementing RAG architectures
• Experience working with Azure AI tools such as Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry, or Copilot Studio
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or DSPy
• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming enterprise data
• Experience integrating systems using APIs
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience running AI workloads on Kubernetes
• Experience building enterprise chatbot platforms
• Experience working with large-scale datasets
• Familiarity with templating languages such as Jinja2
• Candidates located on the East Coast are highly preferred
