Mindsmith is a venture-backed, high-growth startup focused on enhancing corporate learning through AI-native eLearning tools. The Founding Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing and closing new deals while helping to professionalize the sales process and collaborate with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting → demo → negotiation → close
- Help us professionalize our sales process (CRM hygiene, pipeline review cadence, etc). You'll also help create the “sales culture” at Mindsmith: establish early norms for responsiveness, professionalism, and creativity
- Capture insights from prospects and share them with product and leadership and provide feedback on pricing, packaging, and messaging based on your conversations
- Work closely with marketing, customer success and product teams
