Raas Infotek is seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in the Healthcare Payer industry. The role involves managing large, complex business and technology programs, ensuring successful project execution, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives into clear scope, milestones, success metrics, and project and delivery plans
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes , not just technical outputs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Build strong relationships by understanding business needs, operational challenges, and regulatory drivers
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and escalations to successful resolution
- Establish and maintain strong project governance , reporting, and cadence
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across business, regulatory, vendor, and delivery dimensions
- Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance; support funding and prioritization decisions
- Coordinate across business, IT, vendors, and consulting partners to ensure aligned execution
- Manage vendor performance, dependencies, and contractual expectations
- Collaborate with EPMO and leadership teams to ensure adherence to enterprise standards

- Strong experience managing large, complex business and technology programs in a Waterfall environment
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with interdependencies
- End‑to‑end project lifecycle ownership (initiation through closure)
- Experience working with Stakeholders & Multiple vendors managing Risk, managing expectations
- 12+ years of professional experience delivering enterprise‑scale projects or programs, preferably within a healthcare payer organization
- Deep understanding of payer business processes, regulatory considerations, and operational drivers
- Ability to translate business strategy, regulatory needs, and operational goals into structured project and delivery plans
- Strong business acumen with experience managing executive‑level stakeholders
- Extensive experience in Program and Project Management, primarily Waterfall, with exposure to hybrid or Agile delivery models
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
- Experience leading modernization and migration initiatives, including vendor‑led delivery models
- Strong risk, dependency, and issue management skills across multi‑vendor environments
- Demonstrated success managing senior business stakeholders, technology leaders, and external vendors
- Strong negotiation, influence, and consensus‑building capabilities
- Ability to manage expectations, handle escalations, and drive decisions in ambiguous environments
- Working knowledge of enterprise application landscapes and integration concepts
- Exposure to technologies such as .NET, Java, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and data platforms is beneficial but not hands‑on
- Ability to engage technology teams in outcome‑focused discussions without acting as a technical lead
