- Transform business requirements into an actionable backlog of data products
- Run strategic and tactical initiatives to shape data strategy
- Ensure data products align with Bentley’s strategic goals
- Deliver trusted, high-impact data products that empower business teams to optimize performance and accelerate growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably with a focus on data, analytics, or internal business applications
- Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, and product management principles
- Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for data engineers and analysts
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
- This role does not require travel
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements)
- Hands-on experience with core enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday)
- Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake) and BI (e.g., Power BI) platforms
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
