Salesforce developer

SMX Services & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team. The role involves designing and optimizing business processes, developing applications on the Salesforce platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Proven experience designing and optimizing business processes
• Solid understanding of OOAD, database design, and SDLC
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Java, JavaScript, VisualForce, LWC/Aura, batch processes, and Salesforce APIs
• Strong experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS)
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
• Proficiency in SQL/SOQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Deep understanding of XML, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, and CSS
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator)
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps (Copado, Gearset, Git-based workflows)
• Data migration and Data Loader experience
• Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of Salesforce development frameworks
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Collaboration: Works effectively in cross-functional environments
• Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments
• Quality Orientation: Strong attention to detail and code quality
• Ownership & Accountability: Self-driven and responsible for deliverables

Requirements:
