Senior Software Engineer, LearnWith.AI (Remote) - $100,000/year USD

Crossover is an edtech startup that leverages AI to reshape education. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for building critical features, defining the technical trajectory of products, and ensuring their long-term reliability and scalability while collaborating with product stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Architecting and building new capabilities with an emphasis on scalability, sustainability, and enduring product value
• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product organization to clarify requirements and guiding technical conversations to ensure features support product objectives
• Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing and sustaining product reliability, optimizing performance, and anticipating and addressing potential issues
• Technical Design: Executing high-stakes technical choices that directly influence user satisfaction and product growth potential

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of full-stack development experience, working on front and backend features
• At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions
• At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects
• Experience in using generative AI in your day-to-day development work
