Zuora RevPro QA Engineer

Talent Groups is seeking a Zuora RevPro QA Engineer responsible for end-to-end quality assurance of revenue recognition processes. The role involves rigorous testing to ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15, partnering with various teams to validate revenue flows and contract creation.

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end QA testing for Zuora RevPro revenue recognition across the full Order-to-Revenue (O2R) lifecycle
• Validate revenue flows from upstream systems (e.g., Salesforce/CPQ, PSA/Certinia, D365) into Zuora RevPro, including contract creation and data ingestion
• Test revenue contract creation, performance obligations, allocation rules, revenue schedules, and revenue release events in RevPro
• Scenarios including:
• Contract amendments, renewals, and terminations
• Multi element arrangements
• Percentage of completion and milestone-based revenue
• Manual revenue journals and approvals
• Develop and execute SIT, UAT, and regression test cases, ensuring traceability to business and functional requirements
• Validate RevPro outputs including revenue postings, deferred revenue balances, and reconciliation reports against source data
• Log, track, and triage defects in collaboration with Business Systems Analysts and developers; support defect resolution and retesting cycles
• Support UAT execution with Finance and Revenue Accounting teams, including test evidence preparation and sign off support
• Participate in period-end and performance testing to ensure RevPro can process high volume revenue events within required timelines
• Contribute to test plans, test summaries, and QA documentation for audits and compliance reviews

Requirements:

• End-to-end quality assurance of revenue recognition processes across Zuora Revenue (RevPro)
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and auditable revenue recognition outcomes in alignment with ASC 606 / IFRS 15
• Execute end-to-end QA testing for Zuora RevPro revenue recognition across the full Order-to-Revenue (O2R) lifecycle
• Validate revenue flows from upstream systems (e.g., Salesforce/CPQ, PSA/Certinia, D365) into Zuora RevPro
• Test revenue contract creation, performance obligations, allocation rules, revenue schedules, and revenue release events in RevPro
• Develop and execute SIT, UAT, and regression test cases, ensuring traceability to business and functional requirements
• Validate RevPro outputs including revenue postings, deferred revenue balances, and reconciliation reports against source data
• Log, track, and triage defects in collaboration with Business Systems Analysts and developers
• Support UAT execution with Finance and Revenue Accounting teams, including test evidence preparation and sign off support
• Participate in period-end and performance testing to ensure RevPro can process high volume revenue events within required timelines
• Contribute to test plans, test summaries, and QA documentation for audits and compliance reviews
