Healthcare Project Manager

Sira Consulting is an Inc 5000 company specializing in healthcare solutions. They are seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to oversee large, complex business and technology programs within the healthcare payer industry, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Must Have Experience:
• 1. Healthcare Payer industry experience (claims, enrollment, provider management, utilization management, care management, regulatory programs, etc.)
• 1. Experience working in regulated healthcare environments with compliance‑driven timelines
• 1. Strong experience managing large, complex business and technology programs in a Waterfall environment
• 1. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with interdependencies
• 1. End‑to‑end project lifecycle ownership (initiation through closure)
• 1. Experience working with Stakeholders & Multiple vendors managing Risk, managing expectations

Requirements:
