Azure DevOps Engineer

Healthcare IS is seeking a DevOps Engineer to oversee Azure DevOps and support the development and maintenance of DevOps pipelines within the Software Development Life Cycle. The role emphasizes automation and continual improvement of development workflows throughout the enterprise, collaborating with various teams to maintain best practices and streamline processes.

Responsibilities:

• Address daily incident requests related to Azure DevOps
• Partner with developers, engineers, and security teams to maintain best practices
• Administer and maintain platforms associated with Azure Pipelines, Repos, and release management
• Assist in developing workflow templates and DevOps toolchains to streamline SDLC processes across multiple departments
• Collaborate on the automation of infrastructure and pipeline operations within Azure
• Create automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and similar scripting languages
• Generate PKI reports utilizing Power BI

Requirements:

• Foundational knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell
• Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps Pipelines and automation
• Proficiency with version control systems
• Proficiency with Azure App Services
• Proficiency with Power BI
• Proficiency with Virtual Machines
• Proficiency with Storage solutions
• Drafting and maintaining technical documentation
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud security best practices
• Experience in healthcare technology
• Application development/engineering background
• Microsoft Azure certifications: AZ-900, AZ-400
