Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, and they are seeking a Market Intelligence Program Manager to enhance product-market fit and position Stripe effectively in the market. The role involves creating connections between Market Intelligence and cross-functional teams, managing competitive programs, and contributing to product decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively work cross-functionally to shape the program to meet internal user needs and design an engagement framework that intentionally maps all of the touchpoints and use-cases between our cross-functional partners and Market Intelligence at Stripe. Coordinate initiatives to align plans and timelines
- Execute on the technology roadmap for Market Intelligence by working across Internal Systems, Data Science, and Sales Ops to automate our reporting, KPIs, and insights
- Drive competitive GTM execution by triaging deals-in-flight, bringing in the right cross-functional stakeholders, and developing a treatment plan for Stripe to win
- Contribute to product decision-making and roadmap prioritization by partnering with product operations and product management
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, process improvement, management consulting or competitive intelligence
- 8+ years of experience building or supporting GTM programs, processes, or workflows
- A strong track record of delivering global transformational, complex programs in a changing, ambiguous environment which have delivered quantifiable business impact
- Experience working with B2B sales teams; preferably in technology, infrastructure, or platform companies
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience, influencing across all levels. You set a high-bar in terms of communication effectiveness
- Ability to influence cross functional stakeholders to align and executive on common objectives
