FP&A Analyst

DigitalOcean is a cutting-edge technology company focused on simplifying cloud solutions. The FP&A Analyst will manage COGS budgets and forecasts, perform financial analysis to drive operational efficiency, and support business planning in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company COGS budgets and forecasts; become a subject matter expert on COGS, and assist in other areas where necessary
• Partner with Infrastructure, Engineering, and Product and perform financial and strategic analysis to drive operational efficiency
• Work cross functionally to understand the financial impact of new business initiatives and make recommendations to senior leadership
• Drive improvements in KPI reporting and tracking
• Own business case development and analysis to inform and support business and financial decisions
• Build and maintain complex financial forecasting models used to inform key business decisions
• Assist in coordinating the annual budget and monthly forecasts working with stakeholders across the business
• Deliver findings to multiple levels of leadership with in-depth analysis and effective presentations
