Project/Program Manager

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Project/Program Manager to plan, direct, or coordinate activities supporting internal Talent and Performance Management programs and Workday implementation. The role involves tasks such as interface testing, developing materials, and managing performance management programs.

Responsibilities:

• Workday implementation interface testing
• Developing collateral and materials for Talent and Performance management programs
• Organizing and management of Performance Management SharePoint sites
• Assists the Talent and Performance team with managing the mid-year and year end performance program to ensure deliverables are met on time
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Participates in meetings with team and task members and identifies additional follow up needs

Requirements:

• Experience in Workday implementation interface testing
• Ability to develop collateral and materials for Talent and Performance management programs
• Experience in organizing and managing Performance Management SharePoint sites
• Ability to assist the Talent and Performance team with managing the mid-year and year-end performance program to ensure deliverables are met on time
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned
• Experience participating in meetings with team and task members and identifying additional follow-up needs
