Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or telecommunications
- 2+ years of accounting experience or equivalent explaining financial information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (>15 mbps)
