Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Concentrix is a global technology and services leader that powers the world’s best brands. They are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to operate and improve Kubernetes platform workflows, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and build infrastructure automation while ensuring security and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and improve Kubernetes platform workflows (EKS preferred): upgrades, scaling, reliability
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment safety (rollback, progressive delivery, policy checks)
• Build/maintain infrastructure automation (Terraform/CloudFormation, Helm, GitOps patterns)
• Strengthen security + compliance posture (secrets management, KMS integrations, least privilege)
• Improve observability and incident response (alerts, dashboards, runbooks, postmortems)

Requirements:

• Strong Kubernetes + production operations experience (debugging, resource tuning, networking basics)
• AWS experience relevant to platform ops (EKS, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB/ELB, Route53, KMS)
• Infrastructure-as-code and automation mindset
• Clear written communication and ability to drive work independently
• GitOps tooling (Argo CD / Flux), service mesh/ingress, OpenTelemetry
• Experience supporting Java microservices and common runtime tuning patterns
