The Senior Product Marketing Specialist will drive business and go-to-market strategies for the Auth0 Platform, focusing on creating compelling messaging, launching new features, and enhancing customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Scale the B2C Experience Narrative: Contribute to the strategic narrative for Auth0 by crafting compelling positioning that moves the market from seeing identity as a security checkbox to seeing it as a growth driver
- Drive Inbound Product Marketing: Serve as a critical partner to Product Management by connecting market opportunities to roadmap decisions. You will use market insights and competitive analysis to influence and shape the future direction of our experience-led solutions
- Orchestrate High-Impact Launches: Lead GTM execution for B2C features and products, ensuring alignment across the organization and that every launch delivers on strategic growth goals
- Establish the Blueprint for Success: Plug into how our most recognized B2C brands use identity to drive growth and distill these success stories into a repeatable blueprint that helps prospects realize their full value from the platform
- Deliver Strategic Market Insights: Establish a framework for analyzing B2C trends and consumer friction, ensuring these actionable insights are delivered back to the product and GTM teams to keep us ahead of the competition
- Partner with Marketing: Ensure our B2C experience story is at the heart of every campaign and demand generation program, enabling the field to target the right buyers and influencers effectively
Requirements:
- 4+ years of solutions marketing or product marketing experience for an enterprise-focused software, SaaS, or web services company
- Proven track record of marketing to a highly technical audience. You must be comfortable working with and marketing to technical buyers within enterprises
- Proven track record of creating product and/or solutions-specific messaging and content
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills, can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive programs from initiation to success
- Experience conducting customer interviews and being the 'voice of the customer'
- Familiarity with Auth0 or Okta technology or Identity and Access Management
- Comfortable marketing to mix of developer, executive, and technical audiences
