Senior Client Services Project Manager, CX

NiCE is a leading software company known for its innovative solutions in AI, cloud, and digital. They are seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines while serving as the main client contact.

Responsibilities:

• Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile and Waterfall)
• Build project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables. Must understand key technical concepts for CCaaS and Telecoms
• Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW
• Lead multiple projects concurrently
• Track action items and enforce accountability across stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks early
• Report on Project Financials, including revenue forecasting and recognition
• Lead post-project evaluations
• Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence

Requirements:

• University/Bachelor's degree, with PMP Certification
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience managing Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment
• Proven track record managing multiple projects
• Comfortable working with technical teams
• Experience serving as the primary client contact
• Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans
• Proactive in managing risks and escalations
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada
