Senior Software Engineer

Circleback is looking for a software engineer with strong product sense and sharp technical judgment to join their team. The role involves building and shipping features across the full stack, focusing on AI-powered outcomes and performance, while collaborating with a small team to deliver real features to customers weekly.

Responsibilities:

• You'll take on a problem, figure out the right approach, build it across the full stack, and ship it
• You'll ship across web (React, Next.js), desktop (Electron, Swift), mobile (React Native), and backend
• You'll work on AI-powered outcomes, search, transcription, on-device recording, performance, and automations
• You'll experiment with new AI models and techniques
• And you'll raise the bar for the team through code review and building reusable tools
• You'll ship real features to thousands of paying customers every week, not sit in planning meetings
