ELSA, Corp is a global leader in AI-powered English communication training, dedicated to transforming how people learn and speak English with confidence. The Marketing Operations Manager will optimize marketing tech stacks, collaborate on lead routing, and implement AI-powered workflows to drive pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize our marketing tech stack (primarily HubSpot + integrations with GA4, paid channels and other GTM and AI tools)
- Collaborate on lead routing QA and scoring feedback loops (you are the QA and feedback voice for Marketing)
- Partner with demand gen and content to ensure clean campaign execution, accurate tracking (e.g. UTMs), data consistency, form/ landing page testing and lead attribution
- Implement and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows (e.g., auto-segmentation, enrichment, campaign QA, chatbot prompts, reporting assistants)
- Build and maintain marketing-specific dashboards for campaign performance and tactical reporting (funnel performance, CAC, channel ROI)
- Own marketing-side attribution insights and campaign-level reporting
- Ensure data hygiene for marketing-specific use cases, including list segmentation, and enrichment triggers
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations when vetting new tools, but focus on marketing execution and adoption
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance across regions (e.g., GDPR, local privacy laws)
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing ops or MarTech roles
- Deep expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar (required), GA4, Looker Studio
- Comfort with AI-enhanced workflows, even if still learning (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier AI, n8n, Copy.ai, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with funnel math, attribution logic, and ROI modeling
- Comfort working in partnership with RevOps/System Architects on routing, attribution, and dashboards
- Organized, detail-obsessed, and fluent in tactical campaign execution
- experience supporting global SaaS teams or multi-region campaign execution
