The Strategic Account Director will lead commercial efforts, drive revenue growth, and build relationships within the data center sector, engaging with hyperscalers, developers, and co-location providers.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the data center market and achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Strategic Deal Making: Lead and negotiate complex, large-scale agreements with data center developers and operators, navigating the technical and financial complexities of critical infrastructure
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers at hyperscalers, neocloud, enterprise, and colocation providers
- Solutions Leadership: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations of PADO’s platform for C-level executives and engineering leaders
- Market Intelligence & Roadmap Influence: Relay competitor activity and customer feedback to our Product and Strategy teams to refine our roadmap and maintain our competitive edge
- Pipeline Management: Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and provide accurate, high-level revenue forecasting to the executive team
- Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a lead PADO brand ambassador at major trade shows and industry events to drive market presence
