About this role
Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a Vehicle Crash & Safety CAE Engineer to work on occupant crash safety models. The role involves setting up CAE models, analyzing results, and ensuring correlation with physical tests.
Responsibilities:
- Occupant crash safety CAE model setup, including dummy positioning, seat squashing, seatbelt routing, etc
- Post processing and result analysis of dummy injuries according to different Regulation/Customer rating
- Meshing and model integration for occupant CAE (mainly interior parts such as IP, cross-car beam, door trim, sometimes body, closure parts)
- CAE correlation against physical tests
Requirements:
- 5 yr+ experience (based on degree)
- Bachelor or above in related majors
- 5+ years of experiences on occupant crash CAE for Bachelor degree; (3+ years for Master degree)
- Must know LS-DYNA
- Can do pre- and post- processing with the mainstream software
- Good oral communication and written report composition skills
