About this role
Momentic is building the future of quality with an all-in-one quality platform powered by state of the art agents. They are seeking a Founding Engineer to help develop their AI-native automated testing platform and take ownership of various engineering challenges.
Responsibilities:
- You enjoy solving hard problems that have both product and technical ambiguity
- You have strong engineering fundamentals, code efficiently, and you know what you're great at and what you're less great at
- You dislike meetings and would much rather focus your time on building, being productive, and shipping code
- You thrive when you have autonomy, own as many of the details as possible, and project manage your own work
- You're in SF or you're willing to relocate, you love working in-person, and you're serious about joining us to build a culture we'll all love
- Experience with administrating Kubernetes clusters (kubectl, k9s, deployments, auto-scaling)
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience using Terraform or some other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) language
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with handling high-throughput AI infrastructure
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or other cloud-native observability tools
- Experience with security compliance automation and frameworks (SOC2)
