E-2D Avionics Subject Matter Expert (SME)

What You’ll Do:

As the E-2D Avionics Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be supporting front-line aircraft maintenance technicians through the development of advanced Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs). This position will be based in our Jacksonville, FL office.

In this SME-level role, you will perform research of logistics and engineering data to support the development of an S1000D issue 4.1 maintenance IETM Performing maintenance on E-2D model aircraft communications, mission systems, and all related avionic systems.

This description outlines the general nature and scope of the role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. 

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:   

• A minimum of 4 years of E-2D model avionics experience, required.
• Demonstrated experience performing maintenance on E-2D aircraft systems.
• E-2D Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI), required.
• Strong technical writing ability; experience with XML is a plus.

• This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
