- Partner closely with Data & Analytics to ensure AI-ready data foundations—governed access, data quality, lineage/metadata, indexing pipelines, and standardized measurement/telemetry.
- Establish LLMOps and AI quality standards—evaluation frameworks, release gates, monitoring, and lifecycle management for prompts/models to ensure consistent performance.
- Embed security, privacy, Responsible AI, and compliance-by-design through guardrails, risk reviews, auditability, and red-teaming practices across all solutions.
- Own operational excellence and cost governance—reliability/SLOs, incident readiness, performance optimization, model routing/caching, and dashboards that manage latency and spend.
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML or GenAI systems from strategy through production and scale.
- Proven depth in modern AI architecture patterns (retrieval + grounding, knowledge representations, orchestration) and ability to guide teams delivering secure, reliable systems.
