Program Integrator Senior Level (Must currently possess active TS/SCI with Poly)

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Program Integrator.

The Program Integrator shall assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to investment Portfolio (JP) actions and producing execution reports. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/ portfolio status.

Supporting the customer as a program manager or in a program management support role

• Using customer program support tools and processes such as CMIS, FACTS, Confluence, JIRA, ARB, and spend plan development
• Developing, updating, and reviewing content for Program Management Reviews
• Developing and maintaining contract execution and burn rate artifacts
• Reviewing and analyzing contract invoices and backup information
• Developing and maintaining artifacts to support program-level actions and execution
• Using Excel formulas, data links, pivot tables, slicers, computations
• Technical expertise in IT, network security, and/or information security systems (desired, but not required) 

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
• Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $150,000-190,000
