Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Optimization
- Review daily min/max reorder reports and adjust to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate reviews of inactive and excess inventory.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure ERP data integrity.
- Perform audits on storeroom operations (receiving, cycle counts, disbursements).
Team Leadership & Process Compliance
- Ensure associate compliance with all SOPs.
- Train and support associates on processes and expectations.
- Review work throughout and after completion to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain timekeeping for hourly associates.
- Manage grievances, resolve issues, and maintain a positive working environment.
- Assign daily/weekly tasks and project responsibilities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Conduct Safety Awareness communications.
Continuous Improvement & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Requirements
- BA/BS degree + 2–4 years of professional experience
OR 6 years of equivalent professional experience. - Experience managing indirect inventory, tool crib, maintenance crib, or general stores.
- Experience supervising production or warehouse associates (preferred).
- Strong background in ERP-based inventory management, including min/max adjustments and cycle counts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate across departments.
