RN Supervisor – Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and frequent rounds to assess resident care and conditions
- Supervise, direct, and support healthcare staff
- Communicate concerns to administrative staff as needed
- Assist with resident care duties when required
- Build strong relationships with residents and families
- Complete documentation according to company, state, and federal standards
- Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Respond professionally to emergencies in both residential and skilled settings
- Participate in on-call rotation and assignments
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina
- CPR Certification
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Strong clinical assessment abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
